Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through GEARU LLC brands. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read the relevant section for your product type.
1. Physical Goods — Grit Threads
We accept returns on Grit Threads merchandise under the following conditions:
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate
- Final sale items: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges
To initiate a return, email neal@gearu.biz with your order number and reason for return.
2. SaaS Subscriptions — SignUpSpark & LocalCred
Our SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
- Access after cancellation: Your access continues through the end of the current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing period
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of initial purchase and have not used the service, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans
- Service outages: If our service experiences extended downtime (>24 consecutive hours) due to our fault, we will issue a prorated service credit
3. Software Downloads — OpenClawKit
OpenClawKit is a paid macOS desktop application.
- Refund window: 14 days from date of purchase
- Eligibility: Refunds are available if the product does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- How to request: Email neal@gearu.biz with your order number and a description of the issue you're experiencing
- After 14 days: No refunds will be issued after the 14-day window
4. Free Services — OurGospelStudy
OurGospelStudy is provided free of charge. No refunds are applicable.
5. How to Request a Refund
For all refund requests, contact us at:

- Order number or subscription ID
- The product or service in question
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly — we're happy to work with you.
